Dairy Queen Brazier

They were out of several things last night. I kept asking for things off the menus and she would say we are out. So I ended up asking her what else she is out of? Since the items were not covered on the screen. She said " I guess I'll read you the least" when I got to the window there were 4 employees just standing and visiting no one said a word to me. They were all standing and talking kept looking at me( window open) and would laugh and say stuff like we will take our time. My daughter was admitted in the hospital and I was in a hurry! I waited 15 min for a flamethrower! I never felt more judged and disrespected before. I ended up getting my food and couldn't say anything because I felt like I just paid for my own humiliation! I called this am and I didn't even get done telling the person in charge what happened before he kept interrupting me saying I'll take care of it! How can you take care of something when you don't even know what happened because you yourself weren't listening to me! I took pictures of the situation last night and will be sharing report I'm sick of people getting away with horrible customer service!

What does hunger plus travel equal? Dairy Queen. This is your basic DQ franchise but something about the distance from home makes it all the more inviting.

We were traveling through with our camper and parked in the only lot that we could with the camper. We were waiting on them to open at 1100 and a female employee came out to tell us "um this is employee parking". Perhaps you should put a sign up. There were two spots behind the camper and two vehicles already in the parking lot. So we left and went to McDonald's. They were happy to take our money.
