Okay, definitely worth the lineup. Apparently only open during the summer season but we ate the salted caramel crunch and the soft serve twist. I personally loved the caramel one more - perfect blend of sea salt and the crunch of corn flakes. So yum . So much better than the ice cream at the Harbourfront Cows. I only wish I could have tried more flavours before heading back home. Next time Halifax!!!
Great Ice Cream with Plenty of options and customizations availableEven Vegan options. There is usually a long lineup so be prepared to wait. Their sundae’s are quite filling so keep that in mind. My only nit pick is that they have a tip screen that ‘starts’ at 18% which I think is a bit high. I’m all in for supporting local stores and businesses but that percentage can be lowered in my opinion. Not any issue with the food. Can recommend it still with no concerns.
Best soft scoop I’ve had so far in Halifax! The staff are friendly & the whilst the queue can sometimes be long, it goes down quick and it is well worth it!!
Attn: Please try to avoid. Just today evening I walked by; saw bunch of people lined up and I decided to try. They or girl who prepared for me sprayed some medicine on my serve looks like dirty racism job by intelligence criminals; it gave me severe abdominal burning. Please boycott this ice cream shop; not safe; believe you me. I am also attaching the picture.
Had a few ice creams at the shop including Kiddo, Lemon Drop, Vanilla ice cream. They’re not as sweet which is good and enough portion. Would go back to visit.
No medicine on our sundaes and no sprinkles because I asked for it like that. just pink and white plus a caramel crunchy. Both very good and not overpriced like Cow's on the boardwalk. Service was polite, friendly and quick. Certainly a hidden gem.
Flavours rotate regularly, so if you love a flavour, get it before it’s gone! Instagram is the best place to look for flavour updates. The sundaes can be a bit pricey, but they’re always amazing and are made with local ingredients, so I highly recommend them as a treat!
Tried the hibiscus sundae, it was so good!! Only annoyance was that they were often closed based on the rain and being from Vancouver, this was a bit surprising. But worth the wait!
Great spot for a quick soft serve. Weekly unique flavor.
With ice cream this good, it turned out the generous small cup was not enough. Truly delicious and very affordable - I might run right back and get another small to make up for my poor decision making. The flavour was London Fog. The twist was somewhat indiscernible but still delectable.
