We had a relatively good time here but they literally charge $4 for water which is insane. I understand charging for random people who walk in but we were paying customers. I ended up just getting a couple drinks and chose not to tip because of the slow service and lack of free water and was berated by the bartender. She asked if i was travelling here and said that in Quebec, tips are how they get paid which is funny because I’m a server in a province with a much lower minimum wage and I don’t berate customers for not tipping. I especially wouldn’t for a shot of vodka that takes 2 seconds to pour after they waited 15 minutes at the bar for a drink. I don’t even talk to customers about tipping at all because it’s not mandatory and is only extra if the service is great. I told her that I would tip when they decide to give out free water and then she said “I’m not serving you anymore”. I was on my way out so I did not care anyway but had a not so great experience. I understand it was pretty busy and bartending can be difficult but I tried my best to be nice especially given the circumstances. They also charge around $13 for a vodka redbull which is the highest price I’ve seen for it even in Toronto.
Exceptional Service! The staff here provides a truly quality experience for every client. Sarah is an absolute star—charming, always smiling, and provides a top-notch service by making sure you're consistently taken care of. Shout out to Audrey as well, who always delivers service that is above and beyond expectation. A fantastic team!
Epic vibes overall. Such a a good club however drink service was terrible. Small brunette bartender with slick back hair ignored my friends and I for 20 minutes I’m not even joking, she only served MEN and we tried to get her attention multiple times. Then when I asked to order a drink she freaked out and was so insanely rude and condescending. Then proceeded to wave her hand in my face and told us to leave just wanted my double rum and coke btw. Then we went to back bar and had a lovely experience!
No cost to enter, drinks are overpriced, bouncers are bossy. But the vibes are incredible, if you pregame and only buy a drink or 2 there, it’s amazing. The music and the atmosphere is so fun. You cannot bring water in which is ridiculous as it is SO hot in there, I bought a water bottle inside, went outside for some fresh air, since it’s sweaty and gross inside, and I tried to re enter and the man screamed at me saying I can’t go in with that. I literally bought it inside your place…. Anyways, overall, the vibes and dancing is incredible, the service for drinks and slow and expensive, and the bouncers are bossy and want you to die of thirst!
They play African music on the other floor and the other floor its pop music and the other floor where peope can chill just watching whats happening on second floor. Beautiful place .I always enjoy the music
