It's ridiculous and completely unprofessional that they come to our building at  to 6:50a.m. every morning and pull our garbage bin from the underground scraping the concrete up the hill underneath our bedroom windows. Totally uncalled for.  This service is a joke!!! Time to buy a sling shot!!!
