If I could give no stars I would. I called this place to order a phone on promotion which they did not have in stock. They told me that they would call me when they receive the phone and that the promotional price was recorded in my file incase they receive the phone after the promotion is over. I called a week and a half later for an update because I haven't heard back yet, and sure enough they had already received my phone but no one called me, and guess what?! The promotion was over and they refused to honor the promised price because it was NEVER recorded in my file! I am a patient person and don't usually complain, but let's just say that the telus complaint department finally helped me in the end and honored the price that I was initially promised. Good luck y'all !

I would not recommend dealing with this D2 Technologie location. When I contacted them during the week regarding a phone and deal on their website, I was assured that they could reserve it for me until the weekend. When I called to reconfirm prior to going in person, I spoke with a different employee who informed me that they would not honour the deal and told me that I had spoken with a new employee who had misinformed me. Now the deal is no longer available on the website and no effort was made by this location to rectify their mistake. Poor customer service.
