D'vinci's Pizza

Great pizza place in the Falls : customer service was excellent however, if you plan on getting a party tray, keep in mind that the slices are pretty thin. My family and I got a party tray, three lbs of wings, and dipping sauce which costed us about $75 after the tip. A little more expensive than other pizza joints however, the quality is definitely there. If you plan on picking up, the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. There is a decent amount of parking. I would definitely order from here again :

It’s my birthday today on New Year’s Eve and sadly I pulled my neck out 4 days ago. I have a group coming over to my house to celebrate so I had to change plans fast and order pizza as I can’t cook with the pain I’m in. 3 days ago I called and discussed that I wanted to order the pizzas that are sold in slices at lunch time because those pizzas are thicker. I was informed that pizzas sold at lunch were 18” rounds and normally the only pizzas that they sell are 16” rounds or trays. They were willing to take my order of 3 pizzas 18” rounds. So that it would be thicker but I had to pay $3.75 a slice which I was fine with totalling $75.00. At 5:30pm today New Years Eve the pizzas were picked up and brought to my house. They were not the thicker slices like I ordered. When I called to inquire about my order I ended up speaking to the owner. She was sharp and unkind to say the least. I was told that because their pizza was hand made that there will always be inconsistencies and that they don’t give free pizzas. Honestly I only wanted what I ordered and never asked for free pizza. I was happy to pay extra for thicker dough but am very disappointed that I did not receive what I paid for. My pizzas are paper thin I was embarrassed to serve my guests these and so should she be.owner also said if I want more consistency next time to phone a pizza chain. Very odd! The owner hung the phone up on me once I explained and I only requested one cheese and pepperoni be delivered to me. When I called back she just said happy new year and hung up again. Very poor service and I feel ripped off. We all won’t be going back again. So disappointed!

I called to order delivery and asked how long the guy told me 25 -35 minutes but it's over an hour and still waiting. Hopefully worth the wait... Maybe just a busy night but when I called for an update I was told five minutes... And then I called again and then was put on hold I hung up and called back and then was hung up on... Pizza showed up cold.. wings cold too... Not good.

I was at a birthday party for a neighbor's child, and they ordered pizza from this place! Home. We had tried it once years ago and for some reason didn't try again. I'm not sure the reasons for that as it was quite a while ago. After the birthday party. We ordered our own pizza from here and it was delicious! Then we tried a couple of different dishes, take out, and they were all delicious as well! Well! Steak sub was phenomenal and enough for two meals! Hands down. So far the pizza is my favorite!

Got a slice today unfortunately took a bite and seen something odd on my slice turns out its covered in fresh fly eggs after seeing everyone else's problems I'm not even bothering calling it in DONT GO HERE ended up missing over a week of work and have never been that sick before

It's very rare to see Pizzerias where you can dine in. Family run place serves good pizzas, much different from franchises. Staff were friendly. Pizza on the picture is D'Vinci's special. It's fully loaded, little too many toppings, enjoyed. We'll go back there again if I am that area.

The best calzones. We often order from here and have enjoyed our food every time..Food: 5/5

Been going here since open and they never disappoint with their pizza and wings, never tried anything else. Decently priced and service is always fantastic. The owner is also very personable and a genuine human who loves what he does. Don’t ever change folks!

really good pizza and wings, garlic bread with cheese. Consistency is what makes a good place and D'Vinci's is always consistent

We had company over and ordered from here. We ordered 3 large pizzas and 40 wings. After an hour and a half of not seeing our delivery we called them and were told that our order was delivered to the wrong house. They informed us they were remaking our order and sending it out. No apology or credit was offered. When the delivery driver finally arrived two hours and 10 minutes after ordering we brought the topic up with him. He shrugged his shoulders and told us he was just a delivery guy and we needed to pay full price for our food. We contacted the restaurant and were told that someone would call us. We needed to call three more times on separate days to get a hold of somebody that was in charge. He didn’t seem to care that we had eight hungry kids running around our house that day and were extremely inconvenienced. No refund was ever offered and we were only told that we could get 40 free wings next time we ordered. Unacceptable!!!
