Came home to a burst pipe after a weekend away and Eric was on site before the emergency restoration crew. He had the pipe repaired in no time . But what I found really valuable was his insight and advice on how to avoid another freeze. He was able to show me where to add more insulation and then had a look at the other walls to see if they needed some attention as well. Thank you so much!
Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Shanks today. Yusuf came to the rescue and replaced both a leaky p trap and faucet in the kitchen. Super efficient and professional, would definitely recommend Shanks!
