One star is overrated. I am not one to complain but where it started was trying to get a bite to eat when we arrived in town late last night. And I am ok with the restaurant not serving food late at night (10:30pm). Was excited to get in tonight and have a couple drinks and enjoy the atmosphere and was seated by a delightful young lady. We waiting for roughly 20 minutes before an ignorant waiter came and asked for our order. We said we would just have a couple drinks and he informed us that we could not have just drinks. We had to order food because there was a line up outside (which there wasn’t) and that the table was for customers eating a meal(9pm). We promptly put on our jackets and left. And there was no one waiting in a line to come in. It’s a shame. I really was looking forward to this place. So far this is the only negative thing I have to say about beautiful old Quebec City. On to something better.

BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD! - on a school trip to Quebec and me and my friends stopped by this pub. I had the Pork burger and it tasted amazing,patty and fries were also perfectly cooked, food was hot and the server was very friendly and attentive. Thank you for a Great experience.

Friendly staff and very nice quiet atmosphere. We were there on a Wednesday night and had the salmon, beef burger and steal frites...all delicious. Can not move tables to accommodate groups bigger than 4. Otherwise it was pleasant.

Great food. We had Fillet Mignon and Salmon with rice and vegetables. Superb also the clam chowder. Cosy, not too noisy eventhough the ice hockey was on. Were here in winter. Service no complaints.

Good selection of local beers. Good atmosphere. my wife and I both had the steak frites and were happy with everything
