We had the pleasure of shopping at D.O.T. Furniture today. We were helped by Eric who was very pleasant, above and beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We bought a gazebo in which was arranged to be installed within days of our purchase. Wow! Top notch quality store, great service, Covid-19 precautions followed, We would recommend you to check them out.
Management and staff have gone out of their way to update and explain the features and suitably of each our purchases over the years. Followup phone calls regarding current sales and promotions, have been greatly appreciated.
Staff is rude they have rug for $99 and I drove special to buy that they made me select and come back on black Friday just to pickup. When I went back again to pickup they already gave mine to someone and they don't know how that happened, no sorry or apologies for that I drove from our side of town to there special to pickup. I will never go back there . It doesn't matter if you get some cheaper then market still it's not worth it. Please improve your management.
Josh refused to honour a sticker price in store. Said DOT is corporate driven and will not allow them to sell at the price on the sticker. We are not talking about a lot here $5 difference on each item that Josh claimed they missed when raising prices.
This is my second purchase at D.O.T. Furniture, Cambridge in the past year and it will not be my last. I purchased two outdoor rocking chairs last year and the manager, Eric Wojdak, delivered them to my doorstep so I could avoid having to rent a truck to get them home. The service is friendly, but not in your face. The products are beautiful, durable and reasonably priced. This will be my first port of call when I next need some furniture, indoors or outdoors, as they have it all!
Outstanding customer service and great prices. New to Cambridge, I needed a sofa bed and D.O.T. had the perfect one at the perfect price. When it arrived, in my excitement, I ripped through the box and through one of the cushions. I was devastated and embarrassed. I am forever grateful at how pleasant and accommodating Eric and Josh were, repairing the cushion free of charge. I truly felt a warm welcome to my new home. A huge thank you to Eric and Josh.
We have shopped at D.O.T Cambridge on more than one occasion, the staff there including Eric are very friendly, knowledgeable & you always get service with a smile, we never feel pressured and will continue to shop there.
Eric at the D.O.T Cambridge store has been a true pleasure to work with. He does not over promise nor does he under deliver. We definitely will shop there again because of his great customer service.
The history goes that in the 10th century, Erik the Red visited the shores of Canada and treated the natives in a friendly manner. A thousand years later I met Eric Wojdak store manager in Canada who treats his clients in a cordial manner with an excellent human touch and magnificent business and interpersonal relationships.
My husband and I want to thank Eric at the Cambridge store for excellence in customer service and kindness. We purchased a set of ottomans when we got home noticed one was missing a footing and Eric went beyond to replace it and ensure we were hole.
