Even though you did a good job during the first year of our contract, so far, our second year is going horribly. This year, you raised your price but that’s not fair because your service does not correspond to the new price. For the past two days we had over 35cm fall and the snow removal only passed once, although according to the contract you are committed to pass once before 6 am and later on after 9 am. That just never happened. You have left my driveway completely blocked. I’m very disappointed and certainly won’t sign up new contract next year. * In view of other comments from customers, I see that many of us have this same issue with your company. Maybe something to work on from your side? Because your service really changed, for the worse. I do not recommend this company.

Bad experience. They never cleaned even close to the edge of the driveway. Much happier with a tempo and snow blower for the bit the city plows leave at the front of the driveway.

Wthout saying the rare times the bad timeliness they comethey add or push MORE SNOW to your garage door, stacking up a slope, A HARD SLOPE! Fortunetaly just changed to another company for our new place.
