I felt compelled to respond to the very negative rating posted. I am a long time resident and have from time to time used them to fix a variety of appliances and even bought a washing machine from them. I have found them to be honest and competent and that's about as much as I could expect from anyone. They aren't always there as it's a one man show most of the time and he gets tied up on a call.

Doesn't even deserve a star. Made an appointment to have my stove fixed for 630 tonight and guess what no show. Called and no answer. Went to the place of business because I lve 2 minutes away and guess what place all locked up.
