Déménagement Excellence

I have moved on March 13 2013 and have moved many times before and there service is the best. Friendly, polite well mannered professional, carrying individual. They even rolled one of their carpets as to not dirty my floor. They took the time to ensure that all was to my satisfaction and I applaud them. They spoke very well French and English as language was not a factor. Bravo ,,bravo as I definitely recommend their service.

Professional and relieving. Demenagement Excellence provided us with a full packing service first day, loaded us up and moved us into our new country house on day two. On day three, we were astonished by the unpacking service we received. The team worked with my wife and I to place every item where we wanted it. My house is furnished from different places in the world so I am recommending this company to anyone who Needs SERVICE! :)

Terrible...they were nice, but that's it. They had a hard time speaking French and/or English. They took 11 hours 1/2 to move a two bedroom condo into a house... and we helped. I made many attempts to resolve my concerns with them and they've respond once that they would come back to me on the following Monday, since then, no news. I even send an other email asking for the news I was suppose to get, never heard back since beginning of December. Worst company I've ever dealt with. We paid $1700 to move a 4 1/2, can you believe that??? I even had a quote and based on my quote, the amount almost double, can you imagine how surprised I was when I had to pay. And please M. Stewart, don't say that it is a competitor that wrote that down, it is a unhappy customer. Me and someone else have about the same comment on our experience, not a coincidence.

Terrible... I would never recommend them to anyone... they talk a great game but won't come through for you. They took 11 hours to move a two bedroom condo into a 3 bedroom house... and we helped. We even loaded our cars full with the delicate items so they wouldn't have to move them. I've moved all over Canada with professional movers and have never experienced a company taking advantage like this one. I've made many attempts to resolve my concerns with them and they've never responded back. By phone they've said they'd call back and never have... by email they just don't respond at all. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
