I have booked few weeks ago to move on April 29th. Then they called me around 1pm on the 28th to tell me that they need to cancel! They didn't give me any practical solution in view of the fact that I definitely need to move before the 1st. The reason for the cancellation was related to their scheduled team being affected by COVID-19. I understand that this might be out of their control but if they were professional they would find a solution or at least reimburse my mental and monetary damage costs . This experience has caused me a lot of last minute stress.
