D. L. Evans Bank is the BEST bank around! As a native Idahoan this bank is truly focused on Idaho and the community since 1904. As soon as you walk in the doors there is an overwhelming welcoming family atmosphere! The employees and company understand that the customers are the backbone and make sure to treat everyone like the family that they are! They are employee owned which is an assuring feeling that any money they may receive from me is either going to the employees or back into the community. I would never bank anywhere else! PLUS-they keep up with the technology by offering so many products that make banking quick & easy without having to step foot into a branch! AND FREE personal and business checking! Absolutely love my bank! I have been with D.L. Evans since I was 14 and have never had any problems. They have the best customer service and are a joy to work with!!

I moved from Jerome to twin and every time I have been to this D.L. Evans I have received the up most disrespect from the employees.. they screwed up my paycheck and tried to tell me it was my fault when they didn't even deposit it in the first place. Then when I blocked my card because I was in fear that someone had ahold of my account and $700 was missing they told me that I shouldn't worry and not block my card I should have waited 3 more days to see if more money was taken out.. they were not worried about my paycheck or my account or well being. As soon as I showed up I got attitude and nothing I can do. I basically had to make them do their job. I called to check my balance and they gave me more attitude and I wanted them to tell me the purchases that were made on my account and I could tell in their tone that they didn't want to help me. So I simply said I'll just call Jerome.. from now on I'll make the extra trip to Jerome where I get friendly customer service and don't get treated like I'm being an inconvenience
