Solid building and close to everything. Current management strata council members put in effort to take care the building Caretaker responses the tenant's request fast. It is in good hand now.
After last year mgmt change all looks good now thx all in council and care taker also very helpful
Very nice building is hard to get into appartments go very fast
I have been living here for 4 years but right now. the current manager is complete trash. he will do whatever it takes to make your life miserable. dont live here
Had a friend who rented here, was so much cleaner than my rental building near 108th. Gym looked cool, nice having amenities in building, save some cash.
Clean building! Surprisingly well kept for the area and age, parkade is spotless and grounds are well kept. Visited here last week.
