I ordered a ping pong table, and they sent me a trampoline. I called to find out how to receive the item I ordered and was told they could not deliver the correct item and that they would only reimburse me when the item was picked up by the delivery driver, which seems suspect. They did not offer a solution to deliver the correct item. I guess they don't want business.
A very nice and clean sporting goods store for all your recreational needs. My husband and I purchased a very nice and warm winter jacket each as well as winter gloves, a neck garter and a couple of grip training rings.
It's been years my friend Laurie was telling me how amazing and fun to shop at Decathlon. I had my doubts, but guess what, life is short. Let's go at Decathlon. My oh my I was wrong. This place is like a combination of Ikea and a summer camp.nnI played ping pong, pickleball, tries shoes on simulated outdoor terrain. Fun for the whole family.nnOh and they sale stuff too that you can dunk at the cash register.nnThanks Laurie.nn10/10
You can find anything relatef to sport... I liked the shopping experience, the service and support from the staff.. easy check out.. prices are really surprisingly cheap compared to canadian sport shops
I phoned today from 40kms away and asked if they could put aside 1 hour merchandise hold a camping item that I would come to see in about an hour. The male employee said NO we don’t do that, order it online!nI said I am camping now and too far from BC to receive it! I asked for the manager, was told he was unavailable.nI won’t go to that store.nI called another on my travel route and THEY offered to hold for 24hours.nA $60 Forclaz liner, Mr Manager.
