Fantastic service from the floor staff! I went in to pick up a kayak I had ordered online, but realized at the store I had chosen the wrong model. The staff were very helpful with the exchange for the right model, knowledgeable about the products, and made sure we had everything we needed when we left. An excellent. experience in the store!
This is to honestly review my first experience buying from Décathlon… I love thé place. and what made me really buy is the amazing staff in this specific branch.. hats off to the amazing guy there his name is Michael he was so patient with me and my kids he helped me finding my stuff piece by piece and he was really smiling the whole time! I’m loving this place and the staff which are the assets of this shop. Thank you guys for the lovely day I spent there and I will definitely come back always.
Store is very clean and convenient! all the employees are friendly and helpful.nI really recommended this store .nYou can find almost everything, BUT WE NEED FOR SUPPLIES FOR BASEBALL
I normally enjoy shopping at Decathalon however this location has employees that are a bit racist. The woman in the bike section was nice at first but when I spoke English her attitude towards me shifted drastically and I felt very uncomfortable. I had lifted off a bike from a rack to take a closer look and she approached me very aggressively asking if I had asked an employee and I should not do this. I understand that could be your policy but the way she told me was very non professional, just kindly tell me, there is no need to be rude to your customers. I decided to take my business to MEC across the street to purchase my road bike
This store has a wide collections sports items.We bought kids scooters .Happy with their service.
