The staff are so caring and friendly, and the environment is quite unique from what I’ve ever seen very welcoming and calm. It has been done up as old-fashioned streets with storefront. It is very relaxing. It’s hard to say exactly how I felt when I went in there, but I was very Comfortable and just felt like it was such a good place to be in my husband goes for day program and he loves it.
If you're expecting a comforting, caring welcome when you visit this place, you've made a mistake. The doors are locked for a good reason but rarely when you wring the doorbell do they come open the door for a person in a wheelchair. 1/10 greetings are happy. Their daycare program is lacking any actual structure or consistency. I can see why they have such a poor rating.
My mother in law has been well cared for and her needs are being met. We found that the care facility is always clean and the staff are personal and patient. We are grateful that she is in this facility. Thank you to the staff who make her days special. We appreciate it.nChristmas function today was very special for us. Well done!
This place is special home for alzheimer really???.nI don't agree!!!nOnly few staffs are good. Doctor on duty are great willing to provide and answer any questions.nCare given are bad, Ignoring patients when family members not there!n50% of the times patients are dirty.nTo be committed for this jobs, you have to have a heart of gold not a job or money!nIn the past this nursing home maybe the best , but now is the worst!!nI went to others nursing for tours it yesterday, it's so caring! I pray everyday for my love one get in soon. My tears are came to my eyes to witness how good there are!!!.
Not recommended, you will feel regret!
