Amazing !!! I had a rear derailleur break into my spokes while going at high speed wheel lockup and out of alignment and chain all twisted and bent outta shape during Day1 of le Défi Bonneville......Benoit and Mick saved my weekend...replaced derailleur, chain, aligned wheel......I was able to ride 205 kms on Sunday !!!!! Merci les Boys....PS the espresso is great !

Absolutely Awesome shop! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We needed several small parts for our team while we were in town for a MTB race and they were always happy to help. Had breakfast in the new cafe and it's excellent as well. Thank you for the excellent help!

Very friendly and helpful staff! We rented 2 bikes and went on the recommended path with no cars to LaBelle village, which has beautiful nature, see pictures. Bikes are easy and comfortable! Highly recommend!

I buy my trail tickets at cybercycle every time I ride the MTB trails in their area. The staff will always give you more then enough helpful info and suggestions about the trials. They helped me set up the GPS app the first time I walked into their store. I still use that app today in many areas. It was extremely helpful to say the least! They really know their stuff when it comes to bikes and components. It's the kinda shop you'd trust with your bike. They are passionate about bikes and it really shows!

Stopped in on a Saturday and the staff told me that they did not take reservations for rentals on weekends. Went in on Sunday AM at 9am only to be told that I could not rent a bike without a reservation. Staff was not helpful and very unprofessional.
