The staff here is very kind. I work in the suburbs and commute from the city, and choose to get all of my scripts filled here because I really appreciate the patience and kindness of the staff. The pharmacist Prinkal was especially helpful on my last visit. I always have a good experience here.
Visiting from AZ I needed to go to an urgent care and was prescribed a RX. We arrived, RX almost ready. Shafali was pleasant, efficient and genuine. Best CVS pharmacy experience!
Shefali bent over backwards to help me out, even as they were closing. She has a fantastic personality and attitude while helping me save money with my order.
Disorganized. Poor customer service. Long waits. Will not be returning to this pharmacy and I do not recommend this pharmacy. Long wait. When I went to pick up my meds there was a charge which is unusual. I asked about this and I was told that my insurance was billed. So I paid and left. In my car, I find out from my previous pharmacy that this should be no charge for my meds and this CVS did NOT correctly bill my insurance. I go back in. Longer wait. Turns out they didn't have my insurance details like they said. They refund me my money. They move me to another window. They key in my details. I wait. Then, they tell me that my insurance may NOT actually cover scripts through CVS and that I may have to be re-charged for my scripts. Since I had already picked up and paid for the meds previously they couldn't refund me or take the meds back. They switch me to another window and I'm re-charged for my meds. I get 2 texts after the fact saying my scripts aren't covered with CVS. If they had told me when I was first picking up my meds that my insurance was NOT billed I would not have picked up the meds. Secondly, if they had told me in advance that my scripts may not be covered through my insurance with CVS I wouldn't have picked up the meds. This would've saved an hour of my time and my money.
Very poor customer service. Pharmacy manager sees me waiting and just keeps typing away for 5 min. Yes lady I do need help. Why else would I just stand in front of the pickup window. Absolutely no regard for their customer. Going elsewhere next time.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this pharmacy! The staff always works hard to get my prescription done as quickly as they can, and the pharmacist takes her time answering my questions. They have even called my child's dr multiple times for me to get a miscommunication figured out.
My doctor ordered same medication that my wife had, my wife bought it for $15 after insurance, but they charged me $45 after insurance. Even though I am the primary holder of insurance. Completely money suckers. Wouldn’t recommend. Unfortunately there is no zero rating here.
Slowest pharmacy even tho they probably fill 200 RXs a day… wait time for a phone call is easily 30 minutes. Freaking ridiculous. Go anywhere else
So this CVS is in the Target and they dont have the selection that I usually find at the stand alone stores. Not my favorite.
