CVS Pharmacy

I love this CVS and pharmacy. Everyone is great and helpful, been coming here for years so I want to help the rating. The other commenter, Ashley Coffey, shouldn't judge people and their professions, kind of ignorant. Someone could get sued if they lied and said they knew something they didn't. Anyway I don't know any of the employees by name, but everyone is great and I'm never disappointed walking out of this CVS.

The pharmacist working today, Richard M. was questionable at best as far as his desire to do his job. When asked if bacterial conjunctivitis required an antibiotic or whether one could use an over the counter product in the CVS store, he answered " I don't know." When I asked the question again.. Specifying I read conflicting information and was hoping he could clarify if an antibiotic was required, he again stared blankly responding " I don't know". He was the only actual pharmacist today, and this seems like a pretty basic question if he was in fact qualified, could have been more helpful if he chose to be. Richard Masciantonio is his name.. I will not be using his lack of services in the future.
