CVS

Terrible service. They have a rotating disposition of being nice one day and extremely rude the next. They also seriously messed up the labels on medications and if I had taken them as direct I would of ended up in the hospital or dead. Also I would hear weird conversations from some of the store clerks that was disturbing. Like one talking about someone she knew that died of heroin overdoes and so on. Just very unprofessional talk that no clerk at any store should let customers over hear. I got fed up when one day a friend of mine and I over heard some Male Bashing and that was the last straw. We made a complaint to the clerks and to HQ. If a male clerk was behind a counter at any store and was saying negative things about women Im sure he would be fired asap. I don't think any of these clerks got fired because frankly that is the hypocrisy of American life but still I feel like we did the right thing by bringing this unprofessional behavior to their corporate office. I have found another pharmacy to use since I don't want to take the risk of having them screw up my medications again. Also their building looks old and run down like some antique 1950s building with squeaky floors. Very dirty and outdated.
