Cutting Edge Hair Studio

I have nothing but praise for the service at The Cutting Edge. The two stylists who have cut my hair over the years, Sandi and Brenda, have always worked patiently to achieve the look I have described. Prices there are reasonable and in line with other salons in the Coast. I was shocked to see they had a rating of only 2.3 Stars, apparently based on only two reviews. Unfair. It may be that their clientele are not savvy enough to create the Google account necessary to post a review.

The cutting edge stylists are great to work with. Both my husband and I go every 6 weeks and always come out looking better than when we went in =)

They have a policy that is not good. My hair happened to be cut uneven on the sides. I phoned a few days later as I had a special event to attend and wanted to get it evened out. Unfortunately my hairdresser was away and they wanted between $10 and $20 for another hairdresser to trim it. I think the owner should have paid it. When I pay them $55 (tip included) once a month I expect to be treated better than that. I will not go back.

Absolutely WAY overpriced... How they stay in business is a pure stroke of luck. $126 for 1 hr in the chair. Give me a break. Boycott, that's what I say. Greedy, greedy women.
