Very nice, Heather the bartender, is excellent. Food is awesome and reasonably priced. Highly recommended for casual dining!

Excellent meal. Had the meatloaf dinner did not go home hungry. 2 big slices of meatloaf, home made mashed potatoes and a side salad. Had to bring some home. I recommend the Custom House.

Cozy in size, but with a beautiful bar and additional seating upstairs and outside on the Erie Canal they can handle any size group. The food is really good from their menu and there are daily specials as well. Sounds like an ad but that's my description and whole hearted recommendation!

Went for the fish fry. Heard it was good. However, they were out of mash potatoes and the fries were extremly over cooked and hard. I had to send the fries back.2nd batch really wasn't any better. The fish was ok, good flavor but also over cooked the ends were so hard couldn't cut with a knife.
