I absolutely love coming to Curtis especially to see the kitchen staff. Thank you to both Fraser’s, Waggoner, and Aleisha for making my dining experience great. Breakfast is the best here, I love the triangle hash browns!!
As far as mess halls go, not too bad. Archaic rules such as 'no eggs AND pancakes, unless you go all the way around the line again' are ridiculous. Especially when you can have both if you have take out.nGenerally clean, and food is OK.
This place is one of the better military dining halls. Everything is laid out nicely such as soup and salad bar, and condiments. They have to feed a lot more mouths continuously, so the food is what you can expect, mass produced. It’s good for what it is.
We were there with the 1944 REME Army Cadets and had a great and enjoyable meal.
Chicken is not cook, sandwish are expired and some time the healty choice is fried. Worst mess i ever seen in my 10 years in the military. The portion is for a 10 years old child.
