Exceptional customer service! Noticed I had a screw stuck in one of my tires. Took a lot for me not to try to pull it out and I’m glad I didn’t because it had punctured through. I walked in to see if they could help me out and they took my info and car right away. Stephen was amazing and the other tech that helped with fixing it was great too. I’m very grateful that I went there instead of attempting to go elsewhere. I would definitely recommend them for any issues and obviously I’d go back in a heartbeat if anything else was to happen to my car hopefully not though. Thanks guys!!

Went to get a quote on new tires and they gave me 4options of tires . They told me they could do it right away after I decided and they were done installing in less than 45 minutes after I walked through the door. I’m very impressed by the service and friendliness I received at Curtis Tires. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you !!!!
I only dealt with them briefly for your repair but the service was very fast, efficient, and kind. Everyone there was friendly and I never once felt uncomfortable. Will definitely be back.
From start to finish…AMAZING, had the tires in stock I wanted, got me in immediately, finished in record time and as I returned, 3 polite kids were scrubbing and buffing my rims. Did I just travel to 1955!! Look no further….CURTIS IS LEGIT
Rotors bought Aug 13/20 needed replaced July 19/22! I had not braked hard enough so they rusted! BetterBusiness said Rotors had a warranty that expired so I have no case! TAKE CARE if you buy Rotors. I have spoken to the manager and it has been a misunderstanding on my part and I withdraw the previous comments. Everything has been handled even better than I expected.
Excellent customer service with professional people. The tire that I purchased at Curtis was fixed free of charge. They offered to put it back on, again no charge. They are genuinely interested in retaining you as a customer. Thank you again! Will return.
Had a mishap here with them storing tires. But they made sure to make it all right and fix the mistake they made. Very friendly people who admitted their mistake and made it right. Would recommend doing business here!
