If you need anything repair or create, please, don’t go to this place. I said this not because I have anything against their employee, but it’s more of they will steal, or switch your stuff with theirs. I gave them a pure gold ball to make me a disco ball pendant, but when it finished, the disco ball pendant feel so light that, it feel fake. I talked to them about it, but they said it’s the same one that I gave them, but I know it’s not. They will steal your stuff, and lie to you to your face. Don’t be me and make them rich by letting them scam you. Thank you!
Bought a pendant and chain from Polo Park for my son and after a couple wears luckily noticed the chain wasn’t properly soddered together. Brought it to the GC location where Pete and his team quickly fixed the chain in time for my son to wear his new chain and pendant for a Family party! Thanks City Jewellers team! Keep up the great service.

Sent my son in to replace 3 watch batteries was told 15$-20$ each he was charged 30$ each. Called and was told that’s our pricing. Will not go back.
Went shopping for a necklace! Unfortunately the sales manager on site was extremely pushy, so i told her i was just browsing and would decide on the purchase another day, then she stopped showing me necklaces and told me if i wanted to see I could see them through the glass! I work in Medical Equipment sales, I understand sales pressure, you set sales goals/quotas/incentives for your employees, but please encourage good customer relations and proper sales techniques to get sales, no one wants to be herded like a sheep into purchases.
I only needed a battery change in a heart rate monitor for which I didnt have the tool to remove the back of the device. I left it and was called the next day. All done. New battery. Excellent service and very reasonable price. I felt I was treated the same way if I had bought a thousand dollar ring. That's customer service.
I took my husbands watch to have a new crystal installed and links taken out of the band. It was done quickly and he called to let me know when it was ready. Great staff and products.
I have been dealing with City Jewellers for the past 6 years and have had nothing but amazing experiences. They have done two custom pieces for me and the latest one was stunning… above and beyond my expectations! I will continue to shop with City Jewellers for all my jewelry needs… and even when I do not need lol! I highly recommend City Jewellers as you don’t feel pressured into buying something you can’t afford, the staff are all very pleasant and welcoming, and more importantly… they are not snooty! Best shopping experiences I have ever had when buying jewelry.
Best customer service ever. Asian lady working there helped me. I got birthday gift for my wife and first ever ear studs for me. Very polite and helpful.
Amazing place and amazing deals if you are dealing with Pete but the short older woman working there is absolutely the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She made me feel so unwanted there and she went as far as to bash other stores and laughed when I said I've shopped there.... I actually put back the item I have been looking to purchase for months only because of her awful service. I hope one day I will be able to shop here again but until she fixes her attitude I will be spending my money else where.
