They have done my taxes twice now and will never again as long as I live. They did not provide an estimate, said they couldn't (really?! For taxes?!), delivered late and were completely off the charts on pricing. When asked for a detailed bill (they are accountants after all...this shouldn't have been a difficult request), it took them over three months to produce one, and this was in the "off season". I would sooner do my own taxes than ever give them another dime.
