Absolutely delicious! I chose spice level 5 and it was perfect! My only wish is that they’d put more sauce throughout and not just on top, but I’m sure I could request that. The sauce is sooo good! I’ll definitely be eating this again in the near future!
I met James, the General Manager of this location and he sold me on trying the Hot Bop. I really enjoyed it! The pork was tasty and the spice level was perfect. My family also really enjoyed the potstickers. We will definitely be back!
Food tastes very very good and service is solid but the portions are way too small for what you pay for. I would need at least 2 "cups" or whatever to get filled up. So $14 for a lunch you could probably get a way better value somewhere else. Just being honest.
It was very tasty. My wife's meal was too spicy and they replaced it. I told them I would pay for it but they refused. We will go back.
Their food is excellent and unique. The heat is they add is totally up to you. I like the level 2 my spouse a level 10. Best heat and flavor around. It would have been a 5 star but a few times we have struggled with ordering or accuracy on the order. We'd highly recommend the Mandoo.

A worker told me to place my mask over my nose. I told her it would make me go crazy. She said that's fine I'm already crazy. I further stated I can't due to my PTSD. She then backed off. I left the establishment after I placed my order and waited in the car for my wife to come out with the food. The food was awesome of course!

Cupbop is one of our favorite places to eat. I love that each bowl is customizable for adults and for kids. It’s unique and the flavor is amazing. I highly recommend it.
