Story

Fresh Roll was born out of the love for simple and delicious food. Our chefs, Andy Nguyen and Andy Mai, have traveled the streets of Vietnam, devoting countless hours to enhancing Vietnamese recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Their goal is to bring authentic Vietnamese street food to a fine dining setting. By combining vibrant colors, fresh flavors, and locally grown ingredients, they hope to share the heart of Vietnamese cuisine in a modern way of eating. Our menu includes some of Vietnam’s most popular dishes - a balance of delightful simplicity and healthy eating.

My favorite spot for quality vietnamese food. Staff is always super even when they have a full house. There was quick and friendly service. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.
Great place to grab a snack or lunch, sit and sip their amazing coconut dessert rink and then head off content and satisfied to conquer your day. Loved the grilled lemongrass chicken fresh roll and the young coconut dessert drink not too sweet, just as I like it! . Thank you

Some of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. Could have sworn I was eating endangered seal meat marinated in cyborg tears. The crispy pork belly is a laser guided flavor missile that will shatter your psyche and leave you gasping for breath. The shrimp was grilled to perfection and tasted like Thor’s dehydrated pancreas.
Service was excellent and sincere. The food was amazing, especially the pork belly. Should have ordered 2 portions of it!! Highly recommended. I have already shared this place with some of my friends in Portland : May drop my again before I fly off!
