Unfortunately something has changed with the quality here. Been coming for a while but the last two times the steak was not as tender or flavorful and the sausage was nothing to write home about. Previously the sausages were some of the best we've ever had. Hope they are not compromising quality
I have been searching for beef Brisket for awhile now. Finally found it at Cumbraes and man was it good. Smoked it for 12 hours and it came out perfect! We lived in Memphis TN for a few years and have been searching for a good butcher and meat shop to go to. Found it!!
The 5 rib roast that we ordered was dressed and amazing. It was so tender and made for a fantastic meal

Awful experience, called ahead asked for 2.5 pounds, arrived, had to wait for over half an hour for PICK UP. The piece of meat they give me is 2 pounds, as well as 7$/pound higher than what I was quoted on the phone. Clearly poor management.
Steaks were good however not worth the premium your paying compared to buying them at lococos or highland. You're looking at $40 per steak here.....
We get the sausages for our camping trips from Cumbraes. Always taste great! Highly recommended.
