Historic and reproduction buildings clustered together on picturesque grounds depicting rural life during the 1920s and 30s.
Experience the boom of the 20s and the bust of the 30s as times of great technological advances to say nothing of social change – come see for yourself! The museum is located on a 100-acre site in the Village of Cumberland and is home to a small number of livestock in the summer, a working sawmill, forge, carpentry and pump factory, and several other buildings of local historical significance as the schoolhouse, the church and the train station.
