ever since this location opened I've been coming here almost religiously, it's one of the few places I could eat everything off the menu! Yet, I keep going to the Pork Tenderloin sandwich, it's so delicious I can only compare it to DRUGS! LOL! But seriously, wonderful service, incredibly delicious and fresh food with cheese curds to die for! THIS IS HOW YOU DO FAST FOOD!
Spencer provided THE best customer service I have EVER experienced at a fast food restaurant. He is a gem of a worker and this location is fortunate to have him on their staff. Pair that with the classic delicious Culver meals and you have a location you just have to check out.
Just went to grab two double cheeseburgers and some other things. Total came out to around $26. I brought along a coupon I received in the mail for '2 double cheeseburgers for $8' and handed it to the cashier. She did some things on her screen and said "that'll be $36". Now, how would a coupon cause the amount to go from $26 to $36? - I ask the question "how did it go up $10 with the coupon?" Then she comes back and says it'll be $33 still $7 more with the coupon. I contested her again and she went and grabbed a manager. After several minutes, she came back and said, that'l be $26 the original amount - I pointed this out and she mentioned that it was originally $28 and the coupon took $2 off which was a lie, the original receipt was stapled to the bag. I told her it is still wrong, and she says she will go get a manager again, to which the girl next to her said loudly, "REALLY? AGAIN?", which was just extremely rude. Eventually they figured it out and the new total came to $21, but the whole ordeal took like 15 minutes and probably added 15 minutes to everyone else in line, which was like 10 or more cars. Just really silly and a bit stupid.
Love the Custard here it's very yummy! I miss it since I live down South now. I also loved the beautiful flowers they had hanging outside
The food was fresh and hot. Customer service was excellent. I have never seen this restaurant dirty. They take very good care and making sure that customer service expectations are met.
Great food, especially the burgers. A little more than I would like to pay for fast food but at least it's worth it as it's so much better quality than other fast food burgers.
What happened to the nice thick chocolate in the hot fudge? It was runny and not very good. A big disappointment when you stop for that yummy hot fudge!

I waited almost a half hour for a simple vanilla malt, while watching everyone behind me in line receive their ice cream and when I asked about at the counter, I was told it must have been misplaced. Misplaced indeed. The malt I was handed was melted. Oops my bad is not acceptable. Not impressed and won't be going back.
