Great smoothies and sandwiches. Nice place and nice staff. You pay up and you get quality.

vegan bali bowl: not enough dressing so kinda tasted bland. The Asian girl could use a customer service training.

Used to come here early morning for a chicken caesar wrap and strawberry smoothie, the food is extremely delicious. The food is a bit pricey but it's worth it.

I had a Powehouse Salad, the cauliflower looked very old, they pre-made the bowl and just added strawberries before giving it to me. I did not feel well after lunch. This is the worse culture store I have been to. They charge this premium price, but does not provide fresh food.

I ordered the Tilapia sandwich. There was hardly any fish, 1 leaf of lettuce and bread was not fresh, with a side of fruit salad all for $12. Never again. Cafe Plenty and Avenue Cafe are the same price and around the corner - and so much better.

There was a good variety of salads to choose from. The prices were moderate. There was a small piece of plastic in my salad I didn't tell them about it. The soup was too salty and not good value.

I had Lime Tilapia Sandwich on my very first visit to Cultures on University Avenue near Dundas Excellent choice very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly - infact one hostess was busy stocking and I happened to ask her where to order - and she promptly quickly attended to me Highly recommended
