Options for all budgets. High quality accessories & glass for reasonable prices. Appreciate that they carry artist pieces - more expensive, but definitely worth the price point. What I'm saying is if you have $10 to spend, or $1000 to spend, they have great options for you.

Never have I ever had a better bong buying experience. I walked in the store and was immediately given a warm and friendly greeting even though there was another customer being helped, the one gentleman who was working managed to serve both of us simultaneously and while serving met all of my requests while maintaining my pre discussed low budget, even though my budget was low there was more than enough selection to satisfy any customer who would've walked through those doors. Even after all of my purchases had been rung up, I had more questions about a specific piece and the company that made it. The employee on August 27th 2020 at 2:15pm was also extremely knowledgeable about the product line and was able to answer all of my questions beyond satisfaction to the point where I got information I didn't even know I needed until I had it. Well done, keep up the great work. You've earned yourself a loyal customer.
Just got back from purchasing a couple of items and my experience at this location was great! I intended to browse at first, but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable that I ended buying a couple of items. The store is very clean too, with free parking conveniently located at the back of the store. Will definitely be coming back here!
Had an amazing experience at this location! Ordered a purple grinder for curbside pickup but they ended up being out of that colour. So I said blue was fine, then they gave me a purple clipper and a purple mouthpeace for free to make up for it! So sweet of them!! Super friendly staff:
Possibly the Best bong shop in the GTA!! The staff here is super friendly, and knowledgeableespecially that blue haired girl. They have an amazing selection, from Glass to Acrylic. Just don't come here stoned, because before you know it, you will want everything in that cabinet on the wall. Definitely will be back again.
Things have gone down hill here since COVID. They blame it on supply issues when Roxy vape and smoke shop has seemed to have no issues. I just called to see if any 14mm female bangers were available, she told me there were many in stock from me to choose from. I was there in 15 minutes only to find out she didn’t even check and there were no bangers to purchase. Too lazy to get off her phone and check the inventory. Jesse, I am extremely disappointed.
Great shop! Walked in and was welcomed right away and asked if I needed help. Not sure how to spell his name, Jerone? Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was always willing to answer all my questions. I wanted to walk out of the shop buying all these things. But that's another reason to definitely come back to this shop! I bought a grinder and cones today. Thanks!
Great location! The staff are knowledgeable and thoroughly understand the products they sell, unlike a lot of other businesses fronting as a "head shop". If you need smoking accessories in the Streetsville area, there's no where else I would go. On top of being so well versed on their product knowledge, the store also shows strong support for local artisans. It's an incredible layout when you walk in. They display a lot of great artwork from local Mississauga painters too! I recommend anyone in the area to stop by, checkout the art, and stay up to date on whatever gear you use to smoke with!
Amazing location with knowledgeable and friendly staff that are always happy to help. They have good deal of product knowledge and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. The store is always very clean and organized both inside and out. Prices are lower than most places in the gta.There are also a 15-35% sales four times a year at all locations on April 20, July 10, Black Friday, and Boxing day. So if you want something and can wait you will always get a deal.
