Superb Mom and Pop cheese shop! Sheep, goat, cow, domestic and imported. A myriad of ancillary items as well. Crackers, sausages, beer, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, even ice cream for dessert! This couple could not be any nicer, and if you're lucky, you may even get to see the youngest member of the family business.
We tried the Baby Shark charcuterie tray. It was very tasty.
Outstanding addition to our county and to Brighton. I think we've tried every crepe and they all had rave reviews from the family. Love popping in to see the new and unique beer selections. Thank you so much for your gracious, small town friendly feel. Highly recommend charcuterie for hosting parties.
Love this shop! Carly and Dave are amazingly knowledgeable about their cheeses AND beer. They will even special order items for you. I shop her for personal cheeses as well as platters for gatherings. Their crepes and gelato are also amazing. A weekend doesn’t go by when I am not here.
We love this store! Downtown would not be the same without them. Great selection of cheese, meats, gelato and craft beer and wine! The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable! If your ever in Downtown Brighton I highly suggest stopping in to get a delicious crepe for lunch!
Perfect amount of cheese! We love this place and all it has to offer. The owners are wonderful and always a pleasure to see their shop assistant when I'm there! First Friday of the month is their Grilled Cheese Friday, and it is NOT to be missed! Stop in and see for yourself!
This shop has fantastic selections for cheese, meat, drinks and other tasty things! And the people who run it are the most kind hearted and wonderful people. Will return again and again! Thanks for the always positive experiences!!
