Great customer service! The consultant, Dave Morrison, was very thorough with the explanation and all the different testing to show us the difference between the hard water we get through the tap compared to Culligan's water. Such a big difference!

The stairs make it difficult if not impossible for some customers to access the building for self serve. The north store was at least accessible for most. Unfortunately, the north store closed , permanently, January 30,without notification. There is not much in the north for product in the Northeast.
They have upgraded the reverse osmosis refill system with multiple much faster pumps, this makes filling multiple water jugs much much faster! The water price at $2 per large jug is very reasonable, and the staff have always been friendly.
