I love coming here, especially for the wine but also beer and other spirits. The staff are very knowledgeable about wines and smaller producers and will take the time to help educate you and give you recommendations on what you are looking for. Places like these are special and it’s great to have somewhere like this in the neighbourhood.

Popped in to source a bottle of Gin I had heard about. It wasn't on the shelf, but the staff were great in finding it for me and were extremely informative. This liquor store had a great selection, and it you talk to them I'm sure they can get you almost anything you are looking for. It's quite a drive for me but it's worth it.

Good selection of wine. Reasonably priced.

Friendly service. Scotch collection is starting to look threadbare.

Staff was very friendly, talked me through some wine recommendations and after taking it home I am glad I they did! Never would I have picked up the bottles I left with and they were definitely some new favourites!

The knowledge provided by the staff is matched only by the quality and selection in the store. From waste new and "in" to the rarest of the rare. I 110% suggest this as a must visit in Calgary!

I've never had a problem here. Really nice people every time I've ever been there. The other reviews here seem to paint a different story but for the past few years I've apparently experienced an entirely different place. I always get greeted when I come in, there's always something awesome on the TV, they have a huge selection, and above all else everyone seems nice and happy to help.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Back in the day they refused to let me use Vivino in the store. They either let the woman go she works at Cellar WIne now or she quit, but just today, I'm told the store at 7:52 pm that the store will be closing in TWO minutes not 8 and not 2 hours and 8 minutes based on what it says on Google. I want to so support small business in these times, but WOW - what a disappointment. Customer Experience is EVERYTHING right now. Also - maybe take down the "people" that have stolen from you. As if that has ever stopped someone from stealing and more importantly it makes NO ONE feel safe and embarrasses everyone. Recommendation: Update your old skool way of treating people.

Initially wrote a review that the customer service could do with improvement a while back but now happy to report that I have nothing but pleasant interactions with friendly staff. Also there is a good selection of wines and other beverages here! :
