Great place , great and dedicated people , very professional and considerate , I couldn't walk just 6 months ago , and now i feel great , PRP works , It has to  be made legal !!!  Dr. Lloyd Tapper and  Physiotherapist Stephanie Dumont are people are dealt with . I can't describe how grateful I am !!!

I have been a patient of CSA Physiotherapy for over ten years for a variety of sports injuries and most currently back issues. I have seen a few of the physiotherapists on staff and have always had a very good experience with good results. The physiotherapist I have seen the most over the years has been Dawn Payne. Dawn is extremely professional,  knowledgeable and caring towards her patients. When an opportunity arises to pass along a recommendation for CSA Physiotherapy, I don't hesitate.

I would like to thank Dawn Payne for making my quality of life a 10 again.  She is the best physiotherapist I have gone too. I drive for 3 hours just to have her do IMS treatments on me and I went from not being able to sit for half an hour to 2 hours. I would also like to thank the Staff for they always make you feel like family. I would highly recommend this physiotherapist to anyone

I have been treated by the St Albert CSA staff since returning in 2006 from Afghanistan. I have had exceptional care, excellent service and amazing customer experience from this Office and the staff. They are up on the latest treatments, offer many exercises and stretches to help you recover at home and even while at the office. They have a whole body and mind concept that has been exceptional at improving my health both physically and mentally. The IMS treatment that I get for my mid and lower back pain has been extremely beneficial in keeping me active, and allows me to function as normal. I cannot say enough about the kind and spectacular service I have received. I highly recommend this care provider to all my family and friends. Cheers,

I'm extremely lucky to have found this clinic four years ago.  Dawn Payne has been instrumental in helping me get my life back.  Her IMS treatments have helped keep my chronic back condition at bay.  The customer service is also top notch.  I have referred many people to this clinic and will continue to do so.
