I’m giving 2 stars because for the most part my food has been hot and fresh. However, imposing fees/surcharges on customers to use their debit or credit card is unacceptable. I will no longer patronize this restaurant because of that. Also, during my last visit I asked to have mild sauce on the side and they drenched my food in mild sauce. It was a waste of $8 because I didn’t eat it and couldn’t return it because I had returned to work.
I went through the drive-through and my total was $34.36. I purchase a 6 wing dinner a chicken Caesar salad garlic bread and I requested extra dressing in which I was charged 4 I get home and I had no dressing at all I drove back to the location Where I was treated like a thief because I never received dressing and when I Told the manager she kept repeating so you never got any dressings 8 times as if I was a liar slam the dressing in the window and only gave me one but I did pay for 2 I will never visit this location again being treated like a thief you spend over $30 on a meal you at least want what you pay for. I was never offered an apology or anything and then I was told so what do you want me to do about it this is poor customer service and you all should be ashamed of yourself
Chicken has changed over last few years. It now taste like they fry it then freeze it then fry it again a different day . Can’t be eaten without the sauce . Cheese sticks still a hit though .

They were good until about last week I got a burrito on my way to work the steak burrito and it had my stomach upset really really bad The burrito shell was very soft It wasn't holding tight so I had to like hold it and squeeze it together to take a bite so that was it other than that the chicken and fish is good but I would not buy that burrito no more because it was just not good that day and I was sick
I stumbled across this take out restaurant after driving to my original franchise take out destination was closed 1 hour before the hours posted on google and the restaurant door . At first skeptical of the food cost , quality and taste I will say I am very satisfied time of wait after ordering , the price & taste & portion of the fish dinners and huge double cheeseburger i I ordered .. I will definitely be patronizing this fast food spot again. Keep up the great food and service..
The 50 pc mix was great. Came with fries, sauce, and a loaf of white bread. Hot and fresh call in only took 35minutes.
Went through drive-thru, wait time a little slow but sufficient. Wait person forgot my soft drinks. Had to remind before leaving.Food: 5/5
Whoever they have back there in the kitchen needs a raise expeditiously!!!! I'm a first time customer, drove 45 minutes based off the reviews, and am pleasantly, and thoroughly surprised! Customer service was excellent which is rare everywhere now, portion sizes were humongous, and the flavor was off the charts for a fast-food restaurant. Will definitely be returning!!
It’s so good and fresh. Ordered chicken wings the first time and they was so delicious and meaty. Ordered small gizzard and wing combo the second time and had enough food to feed the family some. Prices are very reasonable and customer service is satisfying. If you are in a rush, call ahead!!! I will be returning soon.
