Amazing!! I went here for the first time, and I was not disappointed. A kind young lady named Trish helped me and made sure no step was missed. She did my nails so wonderfully and the price was just right. Definitely recommend.nI got acrylic almond set with light pink french tips.
Came with my friends today and had absolutely the worst experience ever. My appointment was at 3:25 pm for shellac manicure and shellac pedicure and I made it clear that I had to leave the salon for 5:30pm to pick up my daughter from daycare. After waiting an hour for my appointment 4:20pm, I was ready to leave as no one should be waiting that long with an appointment scheduled. They finally sat me down an hour later and the guy who did my nails nipped my fingers twice, I was BLEEDING !!! my nails looked worse than when I came there which I don't even think was possible. He was aggressive and very tired from probably having no breaks. In the end I walked out disappointed after they couldn't do my shellac manicure or pedicure!!!! please stop overbooking your salon during peak hours !! There are so many nail salons near by in the GTA and the only way to stay competitive is to provide great customer service !! NEVER coming here again, the owner had the audacity to charge me after keeping me for that long for nail removal !! I ended up going to graceful nails on Markham and highglen!!!
The absolute best nail salon ! The staff is extremely friendly!!! And their attention to detail is over the moon spectacular! I drive 45 minutes , passing over 20 salons, to get to Crystal Nails and Beauty Bar! That’s how incredible they are!
I went here when the first opened years ago and it was not good at all, I told myself I’d never go back until a coworker of mine recommended it a few days ago. She told me that they hired new people so I decided to try it out since she said they were good. I’m so happy I decided to come back!! Lisa is so talented! I came in asking for gel set on my own nails and my nails were broken and cracked and she did A great job at reshaping and giving me everything I asked for ! Thanks Lisa !!
