Such a fun spot to have a couple of beers and play pool. The bar manager Nathan is the hardest working person I have encountered in whistler. He will ensure you’re well taken care of and put a smile on your face. A favourite local spot.Service: 5/5
Great ambiance, relaxing time, easy to talk with your friends, catch a game, and enjoy tasty food. I had their sweet chili cauliflower bites and they were excellent! Would definitely come back again.
Read bad reviews about this place. Decided to ignore them. Heard the kareoke dj only let locals sing. Heard the manager was not nice. Totally untrue. Manager was friendly and helpful. The kareoke dj won't talk to anybody while somebody is singing...reason being, he respects the person singing and tells people he can't talk right now. Very respectful. This place was very fun and lively. Ignore the bad reviews.
Bar was cosy, great live music. Came to have a couple of beersgreat prices and play a game of pool. Waited patiently to play behind a couple of others for an hour totally fine until some old wannabe pool shark jumped in and said winners stay on. Sometimes ya just wanna play your friends, it ain't no pool hall mate haha. Would be cool if the staff paid attention to this and let the flow of the list of keen punters run through.
Luving the happy hours at the Crystal Lounge! Whistler Village! Coming here for 10 years, my UBC Daughter skied & graduated & tuned us into the 10 cent wings! Deliciousness!

Was at this establishment for 4+ hours and was ignored by the waiting staff the entire time. The bartender had the audacity after we waited 45+ minutes for food and drinks to come up and ask us if we “knew how to tip.” Would have tipped did tip every other drink I had to go and order from the bar myself to order as was ignored by the floor staff and did tip right up until the last hour when my food didn’t arrive until I sought after it and was already waiting on drinks I ordered from the bar. THE AUDACITY! Asked for manager and she was very understanding but would avoid establishment if going for good service. Bar staff and floor staff are appauling and that is coming from someone that works in hospitality.
Been comimg here for years, my favorite apres place. Chestnut beer and honey hot wings are all time. However they desperately need to schedule more servers everyday. Service has fallen off big time due to 2 servers for the entire place.
The waitress Kaitlin was doing the best job of her life. On a really busy night, I've never seen someone taking care of her clients this way. She's amazing. Thank you!
Very welcoming hotel with good facilities and a perfect location.
