Wonderful service! 1/4 of the price the dealership offered and they got me in with two days notice. I dropped it off the night before and my vehicle was ready before my appointment was scheduled to start! Would recommend!!!

Reasonable price for a new windshield. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, I had to change my appointment at the last minute. I'd also bought new front & rear wipers and had them in the front seat to install myself later on, and they installed them for me! Great experience, will come back.

I had a windshield replaced on my VW GTI and both of the front quarter panels were severely scratched by the windshield installers. The manager offered no apology, refused to take responsibility and denied any wrong doing. My car was professionally waxed and polished prior to the windshield install and it was easy to see the swirl marks where an installer would be naturally standing to install the windshield. My fear was confirmed when I was told by the manager that the quarter panels are not normally covered to protect the paint. I personally have no problem with people making mistakes, but refusing to take responsibility will in doubt make me do service elsewhere next time.

We had a gym mirror installed in our basement from Bowness Crystal Glass. All I can say is AMAZING SERVICE and PRICE! The 2 gentlemen that came over to measure and install, were professional and have to say, they were 2 very nice men ! The mirror is all framed up, looks beautifully finished! The price was WAY below any other company I called and I must of called 10 of them !!!! Very satisfy customer! Many tks !!! :) Caroline and Christian in Nolan Hill NW area !

Just know that if you get a crack repair done, there is no guarantee except when you want to replace your windscreen glass.In effect its a waste .
