Excellent service.  Front staff did a fantastic job.  We had a small mistake made by the staff in the back but it was dealt with quickly and professionally.  Great job on the rock repair!

Stony Plain Alberta, Crystal glass is doing most of the time a good job. Last time they scratched the roof of my F150 and nobody said something about it. Owners switched on the 1st of October 2017. Let's see if they can keep up the good work. 4 Stars because of the scratches.

Within an hour of dropping off my car, they called to let me know that the windshield they ordered for me was damaged in shipping, they could not install it and I would need to re-book. I re-booked the appointment, dropped off my car and 3.5 hours later received a call letting me know that the new windshield had been installed, but it cracked during installation so I would need to come back a third time to have the new windshield replaced. Third time is a charm?

The staff was courteous, pleasant and professional. They replaced the windshield on my pickup quickly and at a great price.  I'll be recommending this location to all of my friends and family.
