I've read a couple good reviews but I'm going to be frankly honest, I went in to inquire and received very unwelcoming service from a certain CSR. Ended up taking my business elsewhere as All west glass is priced better and the staff actually acts like they want to help.hopefully the customer service issue is addressed in an appropriate manner.

Helpful staff. Spent a bunch of time tracking down a driver side quarterpannel for us that was decently priced and got us in as soon as they could. Quite happy with their friendliness and helpfullness and their willingness to go out of their way to find what you need.
