We recently moved in to an apartment here and we love it! The building is clean and well maintained. And the Customer Care Coordinator Olivia Wanjon is outstanding. She was a pleasure to deal with during the process of signing the lease and moving in. She's super friendly and welcoming, and even left a personal house warming gift for us.

This is an awesome property that is very well kept. The staff onsite are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and helpful! I can't thank my customer care co-ordinator Olivia enough. She has address ever need and gone beyond to address any of my concerns!

Olivia made the move in very streamlined and professional, and any hiccups that came up were promptly handled by her. Very impressed with CLV staff.

I lived in the unit for 1.5 years without issue. The walls are thin so it can be noisy close to the doors. They claim it to be a crime free building, but that's not true. I could smell marijuana the day I moved in. I never sent it a complaint about anything or anyone. I put in my notice as I was leaving the apartment. Suddenly, 10 days before I'm out of my apartment, I was told Ive received multiple complaints and that they had "proof" that I was smoking "illegal substances" in my unit. "Hearsay" is not a proper form of evidence. Of course I fought back claim that is not true. They refused to believe me and said it would stay on my file. They accused me with lack of evidence, just so I can do an investigation for them. So not only are you not solving your issue CLV group, but you lost a loyal customer. So congratulation on being so productive. Avoid them if you can, or have a lawyer ready.
