The line was short today, not like other days. We ordered the German chocolate cake, strawberry ice cream pop, chocolate chunk and blueberry. The taste was great, but every single cookie was raw inside, too sweet and overly greasy. And 4 cookies were $25!!!!! I do not recommend this place. Not worth the hype and money.
It’s a lot of hype for cookies. The base always tastes the same, no matter the topping. Low rating for having to wait in-line in the heat, zero parking, and some VERY pissed off neighbours to this business coming out to give us stink-eye. Inside it was small with no air-conditioning. The self-checkout was down, which added to the lineup. The girls working there were friendly and didn’t seem stressed despite the busyness. The cookies are expensive and the toppings are minimal. I didn’t care much for the flavours this week but I thought I’d try it out since I was in the area. I’d go back again if they had some tantalizing flavours and the line was not too long. Not worth going out of your way for in my opinion. There are tons of other bakeries with yummy cookies at a WAY BETTER price.
These are good cookies. Funny enough, they are not a very crumbly cookie, for a store called Crumbl. They are a thick soft textured cookie with a crispy edge. The sweetness level was great for me, but my husband prefers cookies to make his teeth hurt with sugar. I have to take a point off for the location and small store front. There is little to no parking and very few people can be inside at once. There is no seating area and the staff are clearly tired from a never ending stream of people coming through. There are 6 cookie flavours that change weekly. This is a very clever business idea, but not ideal if you’re someone that likes a consistent flavour. They have an app that you can check flavours on and also gain points. I went on a Friday evening around 6pm and waited about 15 mins before I ordered.
Cookies are amazing. This is an indulgent treat. I would strongly suggest ordering online ahead of time to minimize the impact of the line. Prices are high, for a cookie, but these are not your everyday cookie, so I would argue they are worth the price.
First time I waited an hour for the cookies, second time no wait, third time 30min, Fourth time, no wait at all. I suggest going in the morning during the weekdays, as the evenings are often busy with a long line-up. I applaud the staff for always keeping up with all the orders, and being friendly despite the endless line. The cookies I have always thoroughly enjoyed. However, the parking is horrible here, but that’s not on anyone else just the parking lot is way too small for the amount of people going to Crumbl.
