They're finally open! We had the box of four. Dulce de Leche, Vanilla cupcake, chocolate potato chip our fave, Kentucky butter cake & vanilla cupcake. If you like delicious warm cookies, this place is a must!
Every once in a while, I gotta have a Crumbl Cookie! I almost gave 3 stars because this is the second time in a row that the cookies were super cold. Definitely not the warm cookie experience I’ve had before and as described in the app. These cookies were definitely refrigerated. Our last 2 visits have been a bummer.
5 bucks per store bought flavored cookie. Go to any convenience store. Buy a pack of cookie dough for $2.50. Buy frosting pack for $1. Have a dozen cookies of the same quality for less than the price of 1 cookie at crumble.
Parking is kinda small and busy. Hard to park my big truck. But the cookies were good sum were cold and hard. I paid 45.00 for cold hard cookies!!
My kiddos and I love seeing what new flavors are available each week and grabbing the occasional cookie.

I've had great experiences with Crumbl. Mostly. Last time we went, we ordered online 30 minutes before showing up, and then proceeded to wait an hour to get our order. However, it was extremely busy, so that's why I'm not taking any stars away. I totally understand what happens when a bunch of people order at once! So because they were so busy, I won't post a photo of what the cookies looked like that time they weren't a mess or anything, but I know that's not what they typically look like, so I'm posting a photo from the time before that, which is more typical. Crumbl has the most delicious cookies EVER, and they change every week. In a way, that's a very bad thing, because it's a whole lot of extra calories for me! I highly recommend, but try to show up in the middle of the day, and not in the few hours before they close, which seems to be their busiest time.
Everything was great. We were there earlier this week and ordered the pumpkin swirl cookie it had a lot more icing. Tonight the cookie had a thin swirl on it. The entire process of ordering and delivery was great, just that cookie was sad. The consistency needs to be worked on.
Did a quick order using the app, they brought it out in minutes, very happy with the overall experience! And.... they are the best cookies I have ever had! I got the Caramel Pumpkin which was a special for this week and the original Chilled Sugar. They were so delicious! The cookies are big and rich so each cookie makes a good treat for anywhere from 2 to 4 people depending on how hungry you are Highly recommend! Yes, I took bites before I took photos ‍
Everything was fantastic! The cookies were divine and lasted seconds when I got home! The branding, the staff, everything was absolutely amazing! 13/10 will come back again!
