Overall a great cookie, fast service, and stream line business model. Easy to check out in the kiosk. They look like a 10 and taste like a 6. It was about $20 for a six cookies actually about 21 with tax. They also wanted gratuity which seemed to odd being they hand you a box. It's like giving gratuity to my butcher or the bread maker. If the cookie was handcrafted for you while you were there I would see where they were coming from but being it's all pre-made and then put in a box in 2 minutes I don't think it's in the spirit of what gratuity is meant for. That being said and 3.25 per cookie I would say it was very nice but not sure if I go out of my way for them again. I had the Reese's peanut butter cookie which definitely had the peanut butter taste and the good Reese's pieces ratio but still have a factory feel to The Taste compared to my wife's homemade cookies. Also the frosting on the other cookie seemed a bit too sweet and very thick. Finally the cornbread cookie seem to have a snickerdoodle taste pretty much looked like a cornbread cookie but tasted like a sugar cookie with some cream of tartar. Nice but nothing over the top. Again I would say overall the visuals are top notch with the cookies and how they look in the box but the taste is about six out of 10.
This was my first time trying Crumbl Cookies. I ordered through the app and got to the store early and called them and they brought it out right away. This is the order of my preference for the ones I tried: birthday cake sugar cookie, milk chocolate chip, lemon bar sugar cookie, and sticky bun. I tried a quarter of each of them. I really liked the sugar cookie part of the birthday cake and lemon bar. They were good overall but too sickly sweet for me, especially the frosting. The sticky bun was extremely sweet and I almost felt sick after trying that one.
Yum! Delicious, huge cookies. Rotating flavors. Not usually a milk chocolate chip cookie fan but I liked theirs. Mint chocolate is good and dense. Can’t wait to try the others. Cool to see the cookies being made.
This was me, my boyfriend, and our friends first time here. They were so nice and patient, even when our friends took so long. Thank you. The cookies was the best!! That's why I didn't want to go in here. I knew I would get addicted. Now everytime I see one, me and the boyfriend go crazy!! I'm addicted to the cookies!!!
It was the best Yummy outing I suggested for the 11 people that went for the first time ever!! Arden Hills was on point, fast, thorough and happy the entire time!! We love Crumbl Cookies! The quality and variety they offer each week is always delicious.
We love their cookies. Every flavor we have tried has been delicious. Surprisingly, their sugar cookie has been my favorite, not a fan of their chocolate chip. Close second is the orang creamsicle. They are huge, super gooey, and the flavors are amazing. I would add though sometimes the kids putting them together are a little sloppy. I've literally never seen an adult in the place.
My last two orders have had errors; no longer impressed with this location. The box of 6 is from this week when a cookies and cream was ordered and no where to be seen but 3 carrots cakes with mismatched topping that don’t match the online menu. The box of 4 was supposed to include a honeycomb and you can see the third cookie was left without any frosting and honey/chocolate topping.
The cookies are great! Unfortunately the app states you can do curbside here and the employees fail to grasp this concept; I've been here over a dozen times and have never had the cookies brought out to me. There have also been multiple occasions where I've ordered ahead of time and the cookies aren't boxed when I go into the store for "curbside". Please do better.
Ehh. The cookies look good and come in a nice looking box, but the store itself is like a pink Domino’s. Flavor-wise the cookies are somewhere between a supermarket cookie and your grandma’s cookie… And they cost way more than either. The snickerdoodle flavor on the snickerdoodle cookie was drowned by the rich frosting on top. The macadamia nut flavor was lost under the flavor of browned-butter dough in the macadamia nut cookie. Each of the cookies was a less satisfying take on the original. The peanut butter cookie was dense and cakey, but again the flavor was muted underneath the vaguely peanut flavored frosting. The cookies are good but not great. They just don’t live up to the hype.
