Was so excited to finally come and get Crumbl cookies!!! We have been there a few times now, it never disappoints! Staff is always friendly. Always come there when we are passing tru Airdre.
I absolutely love cookies and the size of Crumbl cookies and their extensive options to choose from weekly, HOWEVER, I did not like how there was a tipping option on their machine. I would understand if it was a restaurant. I do think the cookies are a little over priced too but I would go back whenever I see flavours I like!
The customer service was excellent, and my friend and I got greeted at the door. She recommended we try her favourites French Silk Pie and Sea Salt Toffee. She was also very friendly and My friend enjoyed the brownie like texture and smooth cream of the French silk pie. The Sea salt toffee dough had a good soft texture. The giant milk chocolate chips were nice, but I had about 4/5 of them total in my giant cookie. The toffee flavour was sort of there, but I would've liked more caramel flavour. Lastly, there was definitely a lot of salt on top. My first bite was rather salty, but as I continued, I found the salt not as overwhelming. It was a good cookie, but I wouldn't go racing back. I'd rather support a local Canadian business. The price point was fair for two cookies that are on the larger size. I think Crumbl has a fun concept of weekly flavours, but they taste mass produced. My cookie was good, but it tasted like most chocolate chip cookies.
Such delicious cookies! These cookies were better than I expected. The milk chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake cookies were my favourites. The cookies are a bit over priced, but I would buy them again because they are that good. Absolutely loved that they are freshly baked for your order. We arrived 10 minute early to pickup our order. And, a girl promptly brought it out to us even though we were early. She was friendly and brought them out with a smile. Great customer service! The only thing I didn’t like is that you’re forced to leave a tip. I like having the option of not leaving a tip if the service is bad which it wasn’t in this case thankfully.
Amazing!! I’ve heard so many good things about this company from all their other locations and this one did not disappoint! The inside smells so good, staff are all so friendly and the cookies taste fantastic! I already can’t wait to come back again!
I waited till the hype was over to go. I had to see what is so special about these cookies. I ordered one chocolate chip and it was delicious but a bit doughy. The price floored me a bit $5.75 which included tax is a little high. I’ve tasted them but truthfully I don’t think I’ll be going back at that price.
Loved the cookies! The line moved fast was in and out within 20min. All the staff are super nice and friendly, specially Juan, he went above and beyond with his customer service. We'll be going again soon.

Went on the 24th of June and the service was excellent.Kyla helped us she was so friendly and efficient. The cookies are so good can’t wait to go back.
If you like doughy cookies, this is for you! It lived up to the hype and will definitely be back. Great customer service, great packaging and loved the simplicity
